Cancellation Policy 取消課程的規定

We have noticed that most peak time classes have a high no-show rate.

To resolve this, please note the following policy will be enforced:

3 or more cumulative late cancellations and / or no-shows over a 30-day period will result in booking privileges being revoked for 2 weeks for first occurrences; thereafter, advance booking will not be allowed for one month.

Class attendance will be restricted to in-person standby and only up to 30 minutes before class.

We kindly remind you to give us 2 hours’ advance notice if you cannot attend the pre-booked class so that we can release your booking to waitlisted students.

Please also note no overlapping within the same time slot will be allowed by the booking system – this applies to both confirmed and waitlist bookings.

由於繁忙時間課堂有很多學員預約後缺席，為了讓各學員都能上到心儀的課堂，本公司將採取以下措施：

30天內累積3次或以上遲到取消和/或預訂後缺席，初犯學員將被撤銷2周預約權；此後，將被撤銷1個月預約權，能否出席僅根據本人於課前30分鐘抵達現場候補情況而定。

如您無法出席預約了的課堂請提前取消，請至少提前2小時致電會所或網絡取消以便我們釋出名額讓候補的學員。

請留意不論是確認了或者是候補中的課堂，預約系統皆不允許時間上的重疊。

"Late Cancel" appears when the online cancellation period has passed. This option can be used to allow another person to register in that availability.
